Established in 1978, Pipeline has been dedicated to providing top
quality industrial clothing, uniforms and footwear for America's
workforce. Pipeline features a full line of Carhartt Work-wear,
industrial clothing and casual apparel. Our safety and non-safety
footwear includes such premium brands as: Wolverine, Georgia Boot,
Carolina, Nautilus, Skechers, Timberland Pro, Rocky, Chippiwa and
Bates. Pipeline features uniforms for every type of worker including
Police, Fire, EMT, Restaurant and Industrial in addition to Corporate
wears.
We pride ourselves on our high quality of customer service and
order fulfillment. All of our orders are shipped either by United
Parcel Service (U.P.S) or United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S).
Most orders are processed and are ready to ship within 48-hours
and should arrive within three to five business days after shipment.

the information you provide us is protected by the highest standard
of encryption technology available on the Internet. However, You

If your purchase is defect we will gladly replace it or refund your
money. If you return an item that is not defect we will gladly replace

return the merchandise with the original paperwork and packaging
within 30 days of receiving your order. We promise to process your
request in a timely manner.

days after shipment. If you need next day or 2nd business day shipping,

How do I cancel an order?
GetPipeline.com seeks to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction,
if at anytime before your order has been shipped or embroidery has
begun you may cancel the order or any portion of the order.
Once your order has been shipped, we regret that we can no longer
cancel your order. If there is a problem with an order that has
already been shipped you will have to refer to our Satisfaction
Guarantee in order to complete your transaction.
In order to cancel an order, or any portion of an order, you need
to contact us and our Customer Service Representatives will assist
you in making whatever changes you need.
