Digitizing
Embroidery disk charges will be invoiced at $12.00 per thousand stitches with a minimum of $50.00. Please allow 4-5 business days from receipt of art work for completed disk. Camera ready art work is required. A proof will be provided for your approval. Swatch proofs are available free for the first proof and $15.00 for each additional swatch proof per logo. Logos above 15,000 stitches are subject to additional charges. Edit charges: Altering existing logo (deletions and additions) will be invoiced at a minimum of $50.00. If stitch count is increased, please add $20.00 per 1,000 stitches. Customer service can provide estimates for purchase order purposes. Please allow 48 hours for quote processing. Digitizing for caps may require alternations to logos.
Express Embroidery
Standard embroidery lead time is 10 business days after swatch approval. Express embroidery service is available for an up-charge of $1.00 per piece, per day expedited. Please contact customer service or your sales representative for more information. Note: This service may not be available during periods of high demand.

Embroidery Personalization
Adding a personal name to a garment provides individualized gift or soft uniform. Cost is $4.00 per name (line), and we offer several fonts to choose from. Please contact customer service for more information. Note: Limited amount of characters allowed on one line.
Monogramming
There is no minimum order. Cost is $8.00 for up to three initials, per garment. Please contact embroidery department for more information.

- Screen charge is $25.00 per printed color, per location. Re-orders of the exact same design will be $15 per printed color, per location.
- Prices are based on one design of the same color and scheme.
- Separate youth and adult sizes of the same design will be priced at their respective quantities.
- Prints that require different artwork to be printed across multiple garment colors will be priced by their respective quantities.
- All art work must be submitted in vector format. If vector imaging is needed, a minimum $25 charge will be incurred. Final art charge will be determined by complexity of the design
- Dark garments will require a white underlay only if white is not incorporated in the design. White underlays will be charged as an additional color.
- PMS (Pantone Matching System) color matching will incur a $15 charge per color. An in-store approval will be required if using a PMS color.
- Ink color changes will incur a $7 fee per screen and/or color.
- The minimum order quantity is 12 pieces. Orders for less than 12 pieces will be charged for a total of 12 pieces regardless of quantity. Sale samples will be charged for 12 pieces; however, 50% of this fee will be credited to the first minimum order of the same design.
- Production time is 10 working days days after receipt of both acceptable artwork and garment. Rush jobs, if available, may incur a 30% rush fee.
- All garments will be counted and cross checked with your order AFTER printing. Garments will not be counted before printing, so be sure your quantities are correct. You may have garments drop-shipped to us; however, we will not be responsible for any discrepancies between goods ordered and actual quantities received.
- Finished goods will be folded into dozens by size and packed into original cartons.
