Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At GetPipeline.com we guarantee to deliver high-quality products. If your purchase is defective we will gladly replace it or refund your money. If you return an item that is not defect we will gladly replace it or refund your money (less a 15% restocking fee). Either way, return the merchandise with the original paperwork and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. We promise to process your request in a timely manner.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Because Pipeline Work Clothes features so many different styles and brands, we can't make everything that we are able to get available for purchase through www.getpipeline.com. Instead, we offer you the option of using our website as your personal online catalog, and you are able to place your order over the phone at 706.860.3220 through our customer service representative, or via fax at 706.860.9433.

What are my payment options?

For phone orders, we accept all major credit cards:

For in-store purchases, we accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and company vouchers.
How do you ship your products?

All orders placed by phone, fax, or in store are processed on Monday of every week. Please allow ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days for shipping from the date the order is processed. A rush option is available to our customers for an additional charge. In the event a rush is needed, please contact our customer service department at 706.922.6505, and someone will be happy to assist you. All of our orders are shipped either by United Parcel Service (U.P.S) or United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S)

How do I cancel an order?

At Pipeline Work Clothes and Boots, we strive to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. You may cancel your special orders at any time prior to shipment. If the order is a customer property item waiting to be customized in our graphics department, then you may cancel your order prior to the item being customized.

Once your order has been shipped, we regret that we can no longer cancel your order. If there is a problem with an order that has already been shipped you will have to refer to our Satisfaction Guarantee in order to complete your transaction.

In order to cancel an order, or any portion of an order, please contact our Customer Service Representatives. They will assist you in making whatever changes you need.
